Questions, a problem at your event, or a photo you want removed? Send us a message and we'll reply by email, usually within one business day. We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
Guests
- Joining: scan the QR code on the table card with your iPhone camera, or open Reelo and type the 6-character code. Sign in once with Apple or an email code.
- No app? The same link opens in your browser, so you can shoot and send photos without installing anything.
- Slow Wi-Fi: photos are saved on your phone first and upload by themselves when you're back online. Keep the app open for a moment if you can.
- "Event is full" or "photo limit": the event has reached its plan's limit; ask the host to upgrade.
- Removing a photo: ask the host, tap ••• on the photo and choose Report, or message us with the event code.
Hosts
- Find your event again: sign in with the same Apple ID or email on any phone or browser and your events come with you.
- Upgrades: Party and Premiere plans are one-time purchases per event. Upgrade on the event's Plan tab in your browser, or in the iPhone app once it's out. If an upgrade doesn't show within a few minutes, message us.
- Refunds: bought on the web? Message us within 14 days. Bought in the iPhone app? Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Cancel Reelo+: on the web, open My Night at any event and tap Manage Reelo+. In the iPhone app, cancel in your Apple ID settings.
- Keep your photos: use Save all to Photos or download the ZIP before the plan's storage period ends (Free 14 days, Party 180, Wedding 365).
- Deleting your account: in the app, open the account menu and tap Delete account. This removes your account, the events you host and the photos you took.
- Private or shared: in Settings, choose whether guests can see everyone's photos or only their own.
