Terms of Use

By creating or joining an event in Reelo App ("Reelo"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Reelo.

Zero tolerance for abusive content

Reelo is for sharing the good moments of an event. You may not post content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, illegal, or that shows someone in a way they haven't agreed to. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the people who post it are removed from the event.

Reporting and blocking

• Any guest can report a photo. A reported photo is hidden from everyone right away, and the host can review it.
• Any guest can block another guest, so their photos no longer show up for them.
• Hosts can hide or delete any photo and remove any guest from their event.
• You can also contact us through reeloapp.online/support with the event code. We act on reports within 24 hours and remove offending content and users.

Your photos

You keep ownership of the photos you take. By sharing a photo to an event, you let the host and, if the host turns on the shared gallery, the other guests view, download and include it in the event's highlight reels. Photos are kept for the period described in our Privacy Policy.

Hosts

Hosts are responsible for who they invite and for the event's settings.

Purchases

Party and Premiere plans and My Night are one-time purchases for a single event. Reelo+ is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel; cancel any time and it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. In the iPhone app, purchases go through the App Store: manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings, and request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. On the web, purchases go through Stripe: cancel Reelo+ from the "Manage Reelo+" link, and for refunds contact us within 14 days. Purchases are otherwise non-refundable except as required by law.

The service

Reelo is provided "as is". We may change or stop features, and we may suspend events or users that break these terms.
